Foaming
The foaming process of glue is a process of introducing air bubbles into the glue by physical or chemical methods to form a porous structure. This process not only reduces the weight of the material, but also gives the gel special functions such as heat insulation, shock absorption, sound absorption, etc. It is widely used in industry, construction, electronics and other fields. The process includes glue configuration, mixing and foaming, injection molding, curing and shaping.
