Spraying
The spraying process is a sizing method that evenly covers the surface of a material with glue by means of spraying equipment and is widely used in industrial production. The core of the process is to achieve fast and uniform coating by atomizing the glue, which is especially suitable for large areas or complex shaped workpieces.
Common spraying processes include air spraying, airless spraying, air-assisted spraying, electrostatic spraying, spin-cup spraying and so on. Different spraying methods have different application scenarios and spraying characteristics.
