The system integrates metering, mixing, monitoring and gluing functions, and utilizes dual servo drive technology and plunger type metering to ensure high repeatability and continuous stability of the glue output. It is suitable for two-component sealants and adhesives, such as epoxy resin, silicone, acrylic, etc., and even high filler and high thermal conductivity fluids. By precisely controlling the servo motor and adapting different metering cylinders, the system can flexibly adjust the ratio (1:1 to 32:1) to meet diversified process requirements.

This two-component dispensing valve has an advanced design with an anti-loosening structure to ensure stability, a precise two-component 1:1 ratio, a stainless steel stem, a soft seat and a small valve head to ensure sealing and smoothness, and is equipped with an adjustable suction return structure to improve work efficiency and product quality.
