Dai Bin emphasized that talent has always been DETECH's most core asset. He encouraged the R&D team to delve deeper into core technologies, the sales team to expand market space, and all support teams to strengthen collaborative support, so as to jointly drive the company forward from this new starting point.

The new headquarters of DETECH covers an area of 60,000 square meters, integrating R&D, production and processing functions. The commissioning of the new headquarters will significantly enhance the company's independent R&D capability for core products and large-scale delivery capacity, laying a solid foundation for talent team expansion, serialized development of new products and leaping improvement of production capacity.
In the future, DETECH will deepen resource integration to drive the upgrading of existing products towards serialization, standardization and intelligence; accelerate the R&D progress of new products in multiple fields, and steadily achieve the strategic advancement from a "domestic leader" to a "world-leading supplier of fluid control solutions".
