The X pump metering cylinder adopts a high-precision piston-type continuous metering system. Driven by a servo motor, the piston pump delivers exceptionally high dosing accuracy with minimal deviation, making it ideal for processes with stringent precision and mixing ratio requirements.
Multiple specifications are available for both the metering cylinder and two-component mixing ratios. The metering cylinder and piston rod can be made from highly wear-resistant ceramic materials, significantly extending service life.
It is particularly well-suited for handling materials such as epoxy resins, silicones, acrylics, polysulfides, polyurethanes, as well as highly filled and high thermal conductivity fluids. The system is widely used in medium- to high-volume single- and two-component applications, including sealing, bonding, and thermal management processes.
